The FSFM300 is a highly integrated Green FPS switch that combines a pulse-width-modulator (PWM) and an avalanche-rugged SenseFET MOSFET into a thermally efficient and cost-effective 8-DIP package. To ensure low standby consumption in power-sensitive applications, the FSFM300 uses burst mode protection bringing standby power consumption to less than 70~140mW depending on the selection of passive components at no load and 265 VAC. The FSFM300 adds to Fairchild’s comprehensive portfolio of power switches (FPS). These highly integrated off-line power switches feature a fully avalanche-rated SenseFET and current mode PWM IC with advanced burst mode operation to meet low standby power regulations. These switches are instrumental in simplifying designs and lowering costs in power-sensitive applications...

The MAX7036 is very-low-IF, superheterodyne receiver for ASK/OOK data in the 300MHz to 450MHz frequency range. The MAX7036 is ideal for applications such as remote keyless-entry systems, car alarms, home security systems, remote controls, and garage door openers. The MAX7036 requires few external components and has a power-down pin to put it in a low-current sleep mode, making it ideal for cost- and power-sensitive applications. The MAX7036 operates from either a 3.3V or 5V power supply. It draws less than 1µA (typ) in shutdown mode, and only 5.5mA (typ) in receive mode...

The MAX11040 ia 4-channel and 24-bit simultaneous-sampling ADC, developed to enable unprecedented simplicity in system design, up to eight MAX11040 devices can be daisy-chained to provide a sampling capacity of up to 32 channels. The MAX11040 achieves this high capacity and scalability with a unique cascadable SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE interface, which eliminates the complexity of using individual chip-select inputs to control each ADC. The MAX11040 uniquely provides compensation for phase shifts caused by resistor dividers, transformers, or filters at the analog inputs through a programmable delay of 0 to 333µs...
