TS4621-Stereo Headphone Amplifier IC

The TS4621 is a stereo headphone amplifier IC that achieves significantly higher efficiency than previous-generation devices, enabling listeners to enjoy high-quality sound for longer between battery charges. The TS4621 delivers the high audio performance of a traditional analog amplifier, and saves power by operating from a lower supply voltage for the majority of audio-signal levels. The TS4621 simplifies system design with features including an industry-standard I2C interface enabling digital volume control from -60dB to +4dB, and integrated switch-on/switch-off circuitry that eliminates pop and click noise. Its ultra-small 1.65mm x 1.65mm chip-scale package allows the amplifier to be positioned very close to the headphone connector for optimum audio performance. AS8510 Battery Sensor Interface

The AS8510 is a high precision data acquisition front-end IC for automotive battery current, voltage, temperature sense applications and in general for sensor interface applications where precise measurement of small signals close to ground is required. The new flexible sensor interface IC offers advantages over alternative solutions, including being the first to feature a 16-bit dual-channel ADC + PGA architecture with less than one LSB of offset and noise. Highly configurable, the AS8510 allows systems tailored to individual needs making it well suited for a wide range of present and future battery management applications. The AS8510 in combination with austriamicrosystems “System Basis Chip” and a micro controller provides an entire battery sensor semiconductor solution for both High-Side or Low-Side at a price below 2,8$ in volume. The AS8510 data acquisition front-end IC features two independent analog input channels with 16-bit ADCs, each with individually programmable sampling rates. Each channel has a low-drift programmable gain amplifier for handling +/- 160 mV signals or 0V to 1 V when by-passing PGA, thus battery currents from the mA range to the kA range can be measured from 100 µO shunt. A highly linear sigma delta architecture and wide range of sampling rates allows the AS8510 to provide flexible support of EV (electric vehicle) applications. The offset auto-zero feature (both channels) allows high accuracy measurements with low value shunt resistance (to 100 µO) with negligible insertion loss.
