ANADIGICS Announces AWT6224, AWT6321 and AWT6222 3G Dual-Band Power Amplifier (PA) Modules

The AWT6224, AWT6321 and AWT6222 3G dual-band power amplifier (PA) modules are being used in LG Electronics’ new ARENA (KM900) multimedia, touch screen handsets for the European, Asian and Central/South American markets. The LG KM900 ARENA offers a 3-inch, 262K color touchscreen display. It provides tri-band GSM and 3G support, Wi-Fi, and GPS connectivity, as well as Bluetooth and USB. All three devices have been developed using ANADIGICS’ HELP3™ (high efficiency at low power) technology, which reduces average current consumption by 75% and provides up to 25% increased talk time in 3G handsets. All three devices also use ANADIGICS’ proprietary InGaP-Plus™ technology for state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability and ruggedness…
