The MAX14541E is a diode array that protects 3-channel data interfaces from ESD spikes up to ±15kV (Human Body Model). A low input capacitance of 6pF (typ) prevents signal distortion in high-speed applications. Meanwhile, the IC’s ultra-low leakage current of less than 1nA minimally impacts the end application, making the device a natural choice for designs requiring accurate current measurements. The MAX14541E is well suited for glucose meters, cell phones, media players, PDAs, and other portable applications. Packaged in a lead-free, 2mm x 2.2mm, 5-pin SC70, the MAX14541E is fully specified over the -40°C to +125°C automotive temperature range…
