Microchip Technology Announced the MCP6H01 and MCP6H02, general-purpose op amps with a gain-bandwidth product of 1.2 MHz and supply voltage from 3.5V to 16V. These devices also feature low quiescent current of 135 microamperes (typ.), offset voltage of 3.5 mV (max.), Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) of 100 dB (typ.), and Power-Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 102 dB (typ.).

The MCP6H01 and MCP6H02 op amps are designed for applications that operate on voltages up to 16V, such as those in the medical (e.g. portable instrumentation, heart- and blood-pressure monitors), automotive (e.g. proximity, temperature or flow sensors), and industrial (e.g. high-side current sensing in power supplies) markets. These devices also offer high CMRR and PSRR for improved noise performance. Additionally, low current consumption combined with space-saving package offerings make the MCP6H01/2 ideal for portable applications.
