Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, a part of Avnet, Inc., in conjunction with global independent semiconductor company STMicroelectronics (NYSE:STM), has announced the two companies will offer a new technical seminar based on the STM32 ARM® Cortex-M3-powered MCU family. The STM32 ARM® Cortex-M3 MCU Seminar will be offered free of charge in locations across North America beginning January 22.
STMicroelectronics’ innovative STM32, a microcontroller family based on the ARM Cortex-M3, delivers breakthrough power and processing performance for embedded system developers. During the one-day seminar, Avnet’s factory trained and certified field application engineers (FAEs) will demonstrate the STM32’s capabilities and the benefits of using the device’s ARM Cortex-M3 core and rich peripheral set in embedded applications. The seminar will also cover practical use of the hardware and associated software tools to achieve optimal results.
