The RJK0383DPA is a dual type power MOSFET allows fewer higher efficiency synchronous rectification DC / DC converters for the production of various strains on the supply of communications equipment and laptop computers. Improving the efficiency of electricity RJK0383DPA has two main advantages. It uses a small WPAK3 package, which reduces the chip mounting area to about half of the dual-package power MOSFET configuration, and offers the same power supply efficiency.
