New Web Site Fosters Sharing of Experiences, Involvement in Education

To raise awareness and support for improving education around the world, Intel Corporation launched the Inspire Community today.

 

Intel says the leaders plan to use their own chip design know-how, plant capacity of modern production technologies and economies of Moore’s law to create a new category of highly integrated, specially built and Internet-literate users of the system on chip (SoC) and Industrial products. The company also published its first eight such products as part of its integrated EP80579 Intel processor family to provide security, storage, communications and industrial robotics. Intel has more than 15 SoC inside the planned projects, including the company’s first consumer electronics (CE) chip, code-named “Canmore” scheduled for introduction later this year and the second generation of “soda Ville” next year. Furthermore, Intel built the second generation product line is expected in 2009, with Intel next-generation platform for mobile Internet devices, code-named “Moorestown” and “Lincroft”, scheduled for release in 2009/2010.
