Vishay Introduces New PLT Series of Precision Low-TCR Thin Film Resistors
The new PLT series of precision low-TCR thin film resistors feature a low standard TCR of ± 5 ppm/°C and tolerances down to ± 0.02 % over a wide temperature range of - 55 °C to + 125 °C. The new PLT devices released are optimized for high-precision applications in industrial, telecommunications, medical imaging, test and measurement, and military and aerospace equipment and instrumentation. The PLT series offers a resistance range from 250 O to 100 kO, with non-standard values available. The resistors features very low noise of < - 30 dB, low voltage coefficients of 0.1 ppm/V, and power ratings from 150 mW to 400 mW at + 70 °C. The PLT devices feature an anti-corrosion resistant film with special passivation method (SPM) enhancement.
